Elephant Family
Founded in 2002 by Sir Evelyn de Rothschild alongside the Rajmata of Jaipur and the late conservationist Mark Shand (brother of Queen Camilla), Elephant Family works primarily in South Asia.
Elephant Family has a conservation focus, working to protect endangered Asian elephants, conserving critical wildlife corridors, and mitigating human-elephant conflict. The charity funds localized veterinary treatments, rescue operations, and specialized facilities such as the elephant clinic in Kaziranga.
Elephant Family is well-known for its large-scale, open-air public art installations, such as the famous Elephant Parade, designed to raise millions for conservation while capturing the public's imagination.

ReWild Yourself
The ERANDA Rothschild Foundation has partnered with ReWild Yourself, an initiative of the Voice for Nature Foundation that reconnects communities with the natural world through nature hubs across the United Kingdom.
At the heart of that work is the ERANDA Forests initiative, which is creating three native, biodiverse urban woodlands planted in memory of Sir Evelyn de Rothschild. The newest took root in Pendle, Lancashire, where Colne residents and students from local schools helped plant 3,500 trees, bringing together native species such as English Oak, Silver Birch, Cherry and Field Maple to boost biodiversity and offer a free, lasting outdoor space for schools, groups and families.
The second of three planned hubs supported by the foundation, the Pendle woodland reflects the commitment to environmental care, education, and community that defined the philanthropic work of Sir Evelyn de Rothschild.
